QLC-based SATA SSD in 1 TB to 8 TB capacities, built for bulk-storage upgrades of large hard drives.
The 870 QVO applies QLC V-NAND to the capacity problem: up to 8 TB in a 2.5-inch SATA drive, the largest consumer SATA capacity in mainstream retail. A large SLC TurboWrite cache keeps everyday transfers at interface speed of 560 MB/s.
The drive suits media libraries, game archives, and whole-drive HDD replacements where capacity per dollar leads the decision and sustained write bursts are occasional. Endurance ratings and a three-year warranty reflect its read-mostly positioning.
